Kumi Naidoo is a human rights and environmental activist from South Africa, former Executive Director of Greenpeace International and former Secretary General of Amnesty International. As a fellow of the Robert Bosch Academy in Berlin, he involves in the public and political debate in Germany. We accompanied him to the theater Schauspiel Stuttgart, where he performed as part of the play “Ökozid”. In this video, he explains why he became politically active at the early age of 15, and what drives him.
