Tabea heads our Climate Change team within the Global Issues department. With a background in geography, she has been working at the science-policy interface for 15 years: first at the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research, then in the think tank sector at Climate Analytics and the Global Solutions Initiative. She is an expert on climate adaptation and vulnerability and served as a lead author for the latest IPCC report. She firmly believes that solving global challenges requires inclusive and transformative synergies across topics, decision-making levels and world regions.
