Ottilie is responsible for the Global Issues area of support with the topics of climate change, democracy, inequality, migration, immigration society, peace as well as strategic partnerships. She has worked for the Robert Bosch Stiftung for more than twenty years and has also held positions at the German Foreign Office, the Goethe Institute, and various NGOs. She studied Slavic studies, German studies and Eastern European history in Cologne and Moscow.
