NexSM: Social Media for Migration and Society – Analysis, Discourse, Learning and Networking

The NexSM project aims to establish a platform for sharing and education in an attempt to bridge the growing digital divide (differences in access to and use of information and communication technologies). It seeks to boost MSO (migrant self-organization) participation in academic and social discourse and play a central role in supporting people with a background of migration on social media. NexSM analyzes the impact of digitalization on integration and incorporates the results into specialist events, educational opportunities, and publications. It aims to promote dialogue between a wide range of relevant actors in the topic area at both national and European level.
