Anti-racist and anti-antisemitic action in the cultural sector
In our immigrant society, people are still discriminated against and excluded from equal participation on the basis of their origin, culture or religion. The arts and culture sector is no exception. As part of the "(K)ein Kunststück" project, the Anne Frank Educational Center, funded by the Robert Bosch Stiftung, provided intensive support and advice to five selected art and cultural institutions over a period of one and a half years. The goal was to promote and sustainably strengthen diversity and anti-discrimination work in the cultural sector. With this brochure, we would like to offer insights, advice, and reflections on the challenges and conditions for success to all those who would like to embark on such a journey or who are already in the midst of it.
