Structural and Institutional Racism in 8 EU Member States

Discrimination on the ground of racial or ethnic origin takes place not only on an individual basis, but also at the structural and institutional level. This report aims to shed light on existing laws, policies, procedures, institutional practices, procedures, social behaviours and attitudes of structural racism in the EU. It also seeks to facilitate evidence-based policymaking and identify the gaps in addressing structural and institutional racism at EU and national level.
