Das Projekt schafft einen strukturierten Rahmen und Dialograum und damit die Grundlage für besseres Verständnis, mehr Vertrauen und größere Transparenz zwischen Bildungsverwaltung und EdTech-Akteuren. Aufbauend auf den Erfahrungen des EdTech Strategy Lab (2024) der European EdTech Alliance sowie diversen institutionsübergreifenden Formaten des Forum Bildung Digitalisierung soll im Rahmen des Projekts ein adaptierbares Modell für gelingende Zusammenarbeit entwickelt werden. Dieses Modell entsteht im Projektverlauf aus dem Dialog sowohl mit den direkten Zielgruppen (Schlüsselpersonen in überregionaler Bildungspolitik und -verwaltung sowie bei EdTech-Akteuren) als auch mit weiteren für Beschaffung und pädagogische Einbettung relevanten Stakeholdern (z.B. Schulleitungen, kommunale Schulträger). Die Ergebnisse werden als prozessorientierter Praxisleitfaden mit erprobten Formaten und Methoden („Playbook”) dokumentiert und der breiteren Fachöffentlichkeit vorgestellt. Grundlage dafür sind verschiedene Formate wie themenbezogene, stakeholderspezifische Webinare und -gemischte Workshops, Interviews und Listening Sessions.

Global warming is accelerating, and current emission trajectories would bring us to a 2.8°C warmer world by 2100. Strengthening climate mitigation ambition is therefore essential. Yet, current warming levels indicate that an overshoot of the Paris Agreement’s 1.5°C target, even if temporary, has become a risk that requires proactive planning now.How can adaptation strategies effectively address the escalating risks associated with higher levels of warming?
